With nearly two decades of experience in the fashion industry, Sarai Struck has honed a unique ability to bridge creativity with technical precision. From fast fashion to luxury, she has worked with leading international brands, refining processes, perfecting fit, and translating creative visions into tangible, high-quality garments.
Her journey began in the fast-paced world of high-volume production, collaborating with brands like Topshop, ASOS, and Urban Outfitters. This experience instilled in her an acute understanding of efficiency, technical accuracy, and workflow optimization. She later transitioned into the world of high-end fashion, working with designers such as Christopher Raeburn and Dries van Noten, where craftsmanship, artistry, and attention to detail became her focus.
Sarai excels at problem-solving—whether it’s perfecting patterns, optimizing production timelines, or ensuring fabric behavior aligns with design intent. Her ability to interpret designers’ sketches, words, and gestures into precise, production-ready garments has made her an invaluable asset to brands seeking both technical expertise and creative synergy.

Part of the STUDIOO’s founding team have observed through visiting and working in Afghanistan the potential and artistic skills available firsthand.
Decades of conflict has proven difficult for people to work and live in the country’s infrastructure. It is also quite difficult for locals to conduct international business transactions.
We are aiming to provide:
- Support for Afghan craftsmen and craftswomen
- Micro-cost subsidies for existing artistic companies and creative projects
- Afghan talent contributing to the physical and digital production chain wherever possible
